We do offer stud service either by shipped fresh chilled semen, or we can do the breeding here at our facility.
Stud service is available to approved bitches. Call for info and pricing (as fees vary for each stud), and our stud service contract.
Progesterone testing will be done to ensure that the insemination is done on the best day, with the ripest eggs.
All of our stud dogs are “proven” and have sired at least two litters before we offer them for stud service. They have been extensively tested for temperament and intellect.
Health Clearances on our stud dogs include:
OFA- (only a Good or Excellent rating is accepted) Hips
OFA- Normal Elbows
OFA CAER (formerly CERF)- Eyes
OFA Cardio tested for TVD
Tested for:
- Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM)
- Degenerative Myelopathy (DM)
- Exercise-Induced Collapse (EIC)
- Hereditary Nasal Parakeratosis (HNPK)
- Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Progressive Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRCD)
- Retinal Dysplasia/Oculoskeletal Dysplasia (RD/OD)
- Skeletal Dysplasia (SD)
